Karl Johan is a common Swedish mushroom and the lasagna was rich, creamy with just perfectly al dente cooked pasta layers. It had a full taste of the mushroom and I swear the rest of the plate felt like it was just put there to accentuate the completeness of this lasagna. :-)

I would've loved to enjoy a nice red wine with this dish, but as things are I settled for a nice cellared sparkling Sprite instead... *sigh*
Anyways, an all in all comfortable restaurant, nice decor, well behaved staff and a decent menu. :-)
